Q: Why is it so hard to make me look like
the people in the magazine?
A: Those people are paid models with an entire staff on
hand to make their hair/makeup perfect for that shot. They spend all day
taking tons of pictures just to use the one you see in the magazine.
If you plan on hiring a full styling staff to await your alarm in the
morning, then you too can look like them every single day.
Q: Why are your prices so much higher than
those other "Walk-In only salons?
A: Quality, and Service. Those other salons have a different
outlook on doing business. We are more interested in attending to
you and ensuring a quality style. Quantity of clients per day will
never be a concern for L&L, we refuse to rush a style just to make a
buck.
Q: What is the gratuity policy?
A: Gratuity is always appreciated. Gratuity is a way for a guest to show their appreciation toward the stylist’s creativity. Some of our guests tip the average 15%-20% to their total. Others rate their experience in the salon and the pleasure of their end result.
Q: How early should I arrive?
A: On time is always a good time!
Q: What if I’m late?
A: Being late hinders us from giving you the attention you deserve, by shortening the length of your scheduled appointment, and may result in your appointment being rescheduled.
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Once a year for your holiday shopping needs, we have a holiday open house. On this evening a percentage is given on all Aveda products. Watch our Calendar of Events for time and date. We also offer discounted prices on all of Aveda’s discontinued items.
